Do I Have The Best Email Address For You?

I just sent you an email asking you to confirm the email address you used in the checkout process is the one you would like me to use to keep in touch with you.

We need to be sure we have an email you check regularly so you don’t miss the shipment tracking information for your Workbook.

If you don’t see that email in your inbox in 5 minutes, please look for it in your spam, junk, or bulk email folders. If you find it there, add us to your contacts or whitelist us so we land in your inbox the next time.

We do everything possible to insure our email delivery. But despite that, because so much junk/spam email is sent by others, ours gets snagged in a filter sometimes.

If you cannot find your purchase receipt or email conformation messages, please go to and create a Support Ticket. Be sure to include the email address you used to order, the date of your order, and your order number (if you have it). We will get you any information you missed right away.

If you prefer we contact you at an email address other than the one you entered into our shopping cart, or the email attached to your PayPal account, go to and create a Support Ticket. Be sure to give us your order number and/or the date of your order, the email address you used, and the email address you would like us to use to contact you.

And, for the record, we will NEVER share your email address or other contact information with anyone. We spend a small fortune every month dealing with spam. We are not about to contribute to the problem. Every email I send you comes with an opt-out link. One click and that will be the last email you ever get from me.

Shipping Policy:

Your order will be shipped in 1-3 working days. We usually ship the same or the next business day, but during busy periods like product launches, it can take our fulfillment center another day or two to ship all our our orders.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking/shipping details, if available. (NOTE: If you chose US Ground Shipment, there is often no tracking information for these orders. So don’t panic if you don’t hear from us in 1-2 days. I promise we’ll ship your order.)

If you do not receive your order in 4-10 days (depending on the shipping option you selected), please go to and create a Support Ticket.

Delivery Inquiries:

Delivery delay is rare and is mostly very brief due to routine random customs inspection. In the extremely case of significant delivery delay, we will file a formal investigation via the post office to obtain proof of lost mail. We will try every legitimate way to help our customer avoid unnecessary customs fee. Our customers are rarely being charged for customs fee. However, we are not responsible for customs fee incurred by your country.
